I meant when you have some new information. As an example, we can mention exactly what you wrote in your second post, that you were refunded 100 UAH. Did they also tell you the reason why they refunded you this amount ? Was it some kind of deposit they gave you back ? 

It would certainly be good to mention it in your complaint.
