I sent my first email to support@cazeus.com on June 7th 2025 asking to close my account and delete my data.

No answer. No action.


Jully 27th 2025 asking again to close, again no answer. No action


Then I sent another email on October 7th 2025, this time saying it was for gambling addiction.

Instead of closing my account, they gave me a €100 VIP bonus and let me keep playing.


Only on November 3rd did they finally close it — after months of silence and multiple deposits that could’ve been avoided.


I have full proof of the first email (screenshot attached).

This isn’t new — same pattern reported by players in the UK before.

They ignore closure requests, then claim they never received them.

From my perspective, there are several problematic points, beginning with the cross-platform account closure that occurs without adherence to the rules, which do not specify whether casinos accept such requests—they don't, it seems.

Additionally, there is a significant difference between account closure and self-exclusion due to gambling addiction.

More can be found in the complaint, of course.

Hence, I'll leave that to anyone to form their opinion here.


We can later talk about a more advisable way of requesting self-exclusion due to gambling addiction if you are interested.
