Så jag har försökt stänga mitt konto hos Zodiacbet i 2 månader, det fungerar bara inte, kan någon hjälpa mig? Jag har skickat 25 mejl och inte fått något svar än. När jag kontaktar livechatten ger de mig bara e-postmeddelandet och jag måste skicka ett nytt e-postmeddelande, det fortsätter och fortsätter. Ja, det är inte vettigt för mig heller, men det är så här: de ger mig alltid samma e-postadress och jag måste skicka ett till mejl, och jag har redan skickat flera mejl. Jag kan försöka igen och igen men ingenting förändras, de hör inte av sig. Livechatten kan inte göra någonting. Igår skickade jag ett nytt mail. På alla andra casinon tar det 2 dagar, men här tar det definitivt inte 2 dagar.

If you had to send documents and you have not yet been verified, or if the verification was not successful, you will have to wait for the outcome of this process. Then, if it is positive, you can withdraw the money, so you may have to be a bit patient.
