Everything was fine to begin with.
However, after my most recent withdrawal request, I was asked to complete a video verification, which I submitted promptly.
Since then, there has been a significant delay. The verification has not been approved or even looked at as of yet. and as a result, my withdrawal remains pending in my balance.
It has now been over 72 hours since submission, with no update or communication regarding its status.
This is very disappointing, especially as I have made numerous withdrawals previously without any problems.

Indeed. On many occasions, just the same generic reply of we will get to it.
simply just a tactic from their side hoping I will waste my balance for sure.
