I've tried responding on the email thread (as they requested) and I've also tried sending new emails to support, but it's no use. When I first wrote an email on March 14th I got an automatic reply right away, confirming that they had received my request. When I tried sending a new email to support@zeuswin.com there wasn't even an auto reply, and I'm thinking that's not a positive sign.
Probably not, so let's let our team try to sort it out and see what comes of it.
I would really like it to turn out positively but I don't want to promise anything in advance.
