Very dodogy casino, they hide their terms. I made their play through amount , upon withdrawal they stated that I had made $10 bet. However their website purposely hides these terms. They allowed my original deposit to be available, upon trying to withdraw that they then want me to play it through 1x time. Absolutely dodgy. Don’t put your money in they will scam you!!!

So you broke the max bet rule because you could not find it in the terms and conditions, right?

Such rules are bound to bonuses and some casinos have such terms separately from the general ones. I got the impression that you were not able to find it anywhere, however. That would not be fair.

Honestly, I believe that this rule is pretty common so you should be aware of it every time you accept a bonus. You can always try asking the live chat about this amount.

The specific rule is actually hidden on a mobile with no scroll bar, very deceptive. I actually have a video and a screen shot I can post showing how it is hidden and why it is not obvious.


Secondly once they invalidated the wins, after a $5000+ playtrough they then wanted me to play through my $38 orginal deposit one more time to be able to withdraw it. I will say to their credit I ended up playing it through and turning a profit to which they did eventually allow a withdrawal.


Personally I think the online casino landscape is getting worse and these casinos will try absoulty anything to get out of paying a win.


Why don't they put stops in place to prevent an accidental over betting?

Oh, I see - so it's a kind of mobile viewing problem. They should fix it anyway.

Some casinos do apply even 3x wagering requirements for deposits, I think it should be used for higher amounts only. It's nonsense forcing wagering on a $38 deposit.

I can imagine that this would be quite a technically demanding solution. Games are hosted on the game provider's servers so I guess that only the game provider should provide such a feature, on the other hand, it's the casino that restricts the max bet. This could be difficult to provide in general.

It's better to keep this rule in mind and act accordingly, I'd say.

HELP PLEASE!

Yesterday at about 3:00 p.m. central Time in the US I tried to make a withdrawal from yabby Casino and they send an email withdraw request and you're supposed to reply back confirmed.. well their company will not receive emails from my Outlook email that I have signed up with the casino. I went through this before with Limitless and had to change it. Well I tried to change it yesterday with the Abbey and I have gotten 10 different stories 10 different emails who to send my document to I sent my selfie with Yabby Casino date and username and along with my ID to documents email.. accounts email.. banking email.. support email.. everyone and nobody is helping me all I want to do is change my email. I didn't think this would require a complaint considering how simple it is just to change my email when I did it with Limitless Casino it took a few minutes I did have some words with one of the support guys I don't know if they're delaying on purpose but it's been almost 24 hours now just to change my email and I can't make it withdrawal until this happens. Is there anything you can do to help me quickly?

Yabby must go they are cheats they robbed me on slots 15 times straight as soon as I figured out what they were doing they would jump to something else I have at least 50 ways they are cheating people stay away from this place worst casino I have ever dealt with In 40 years plus I self excluded myself and test they continued to let let me play and lose over 2k they knock you out of the system but yet you can still keep playing but then your requirements don’t move I played for hours and hours and hours and I was never able to finish my requirement without going broke 97 bonus In one game and never won anything the list is so long I’m quitting online playing forever but I’m going to ask them at least for the money I lost after I asked to be excluded they gave me a 333% match promo 15 or 20 times in a row and I didn’t co e close to winning plus customer service was belittling me and rude I will donate any $$$ to charity but I’m am warning everyone be careful this is the worst I ever seen in my life I want to know where they are at and I’m ready hire a private investigator this is sickening me so blatant I have more hours of playing online slots in the past few years then anyone alive let’s put it that way I kept playing to prove a point are they cheating ? And I will say with certainty that yes they are and I’m willing to put my life on it so others don’t get cheated this story must be told at any cost please please listen to what I’m saying stay away this isn’t some system glitch like I was hoping it would be but there’s a place for scammers like these 😭😭🫣💵💵
