I have been playing roospin won only $150 for 2 days I have been getting the same response from live chat (large amount of people withdrawing or bank issues so I reached out on Reddit and found a person who has been waiting 9days for his/hee$1750 how can we resolve this as they also done this to me in the past for$642 I was told I could withdraw from rebate I had a rebate of $1.32 and won $642 which was rejected cause they changed the rules after I tried withdrawing

Please tell us first what casino you are referring to exactly, as I couldn't understand that well.
When exactly did you request your withdrawal, please, and what did they change in their rules?

I won $642 off a $1.32 rebate they changed the rule after saying I can withdraw from rebate, deposit, commission only
Once I won the $642 they then told me after requesting a withdrawal that I can now only withdraw from deposit only
