"No, I'm sorry I was not supposed to give you free spins, because they were meant as test promotion in our system. But I wanted to make it up for you for your delayed withdrawal and that's why I gave you the free spins. But then I was informed that this was the reason why you were credited only with 200 euros and not 6500 euros"

This is the answer from customer service person from winspinbet.com her name i mentioned above.

And

Stilll you asking me questions but no any actions.

5/4/2023 and This is todays reply of my status about cashout.

"Yeah, we're waiting for updates from our team, I understand it's been a long time, but once we're informed we'll let you know."

I want to make clear that the complaint team is working pretty hard on every case they all have to handle. Your case is included. Getting your point of view is just the first step along the way. We gather full-scaled information first. To clarify your point of view, the team needs to get in touch with the casino. I'm just thinking aloud, can you actually provide a screenshot showing this conversation, that would be useful. Sadly, you've made a very bad pick by playing in such a bad casino, and I hope the casino will care to collaborate with us through the complaint. If not, well I'm sure you can guess the rest🙁.

I can't stop laughing - I'm sorry. This is truly something! Well, we all make mistakes, sadly if a casino with a horrible reputation makes a mistake,...well, it's a horror.

Please, make sure this screenshot is available for Nick through the complaint. Hee needs all relevant information more than we do here on the forum.
