Hi so I was playing winshift on Thursday morning on the 6/05/2026 and I won in total 24000 I withdrew it at 16000 I deposited multiple $100 amounts that same morning and earlier that night of the 05/05 and I had never been made aware of this before but after you deposit the chat send you a confirmation of deposit and the terms in that say there is a max withdrawal limit of $100 x deposit but no other casino says that and it didn’t tell you a max withdrawal amount on the home page. They only allowed me to take out $10,000 and they forfeited the other $6,000 I am pissed right off I have screenshots of communication and unfairly ripped off $6k just like that ? I want my $6000 how do I go about getting what I won in full 16,000 ?

If the $6,000 was actually removed from your balance rather than simply left for a later withdrawal, then I think this is worth looking into more closely.

The important distinction here is whether those winnings came from your own real-money deposits or whether any bonus was involved.

It was 100% my own deposited money no bonus at all. It was all from my money. I won the $16,000 and we drew the $16,000. Would you like me to send screenshots that I have through somewhere?

to date I have deposited with the casino $28.9 thousand since joining winshift77. I didn’t ask authorise or allow them to forfeit any of my winnings. They just did that automatically they told me that the maximum payout from my deposit was only $10,000 and forfeited their remaining six themselves. I asked them what they did with it, I told them I had done multiple deposits over that week possibly even 1500. I had deposited into my account on winshift77 casino. Even prior to receiving any of the money from them of my winnings I told them that I would deposit another hundred to cover the hundred times my deposit winnings which I did end up depositing but because they were still processing my withdrawal it took them like five hours before anything.

You know I checked the casino review and what really strikes me is the complete lack of terms and conditions, at least the last time my colleagues checked a month ago. I would say that such a casino without clear terms can claim and do almost anything without limitation or sense of fair play. The review note mentioning the fake license posted on the website did not make this picture prettier.

I would strongly recommend lodging the complaint at least; we shall see what happens next, which could be anything, I reckon.

Hi I was playing winshift77 casino on August 6 morning over the night from the 5th to early morning on the sixth I deposited multiple amounts of money I claim for the week. My total deposit was $2500 a particular time that I’m talking about there is when I deposited $100 went on and ended up winning $24,000. I was very happy and overwhelmed but I ended up withdrawing it when I got to $16,000 I withdrew the 16,000 but then I noticed that they rejected my withdrawal and then they had sent me a message in my inbox stating that the maximum payout for my deposit amount was 100 times my deposit which would make it at that time I deposited $100 of my money which makes it $10,000 but I’m disputing the fact that when it showed on the home screen the $16,000 it didn’t have a maximum amount that I could Withdraw as I Said to them where does it stipulate any of  those terms . It turned out after your deposit the money a message goes to your messages saying your deposit was successful and there it shows that you can withdraw maximum amount of 100 times your deposit but it’s not until after you make the deposit that that obviously reaches your inbox class. I’ve gone back onto my winshift 77. Account and noticed they have now deleted the whole chat history From that time on the sixth it doesn’t show any chat that I had with them they deleted it right up until 12 August where there was no communication of my disputes but luckily I have screenshots so what they did is they rejected my $16,000 withdrawal request Which still confuses me as it allowed me to enter the $16,000 in the withdrawal slip initially and as it was processing they sent me a message like I said earlier saying the maximum was 100 times mine deposit I argued with them and said but I have deposited multiple amounts over the night and morning and they said it doesn’t matter. Their terms are 100 times deposit at the time. I was so angry as I know over the week I had deposited $2,500 looking back now that week and they say that  my 100 x $100 deposit could only be withdrawn making that 10k So After about four hours five hours the withdrawal of $10,000 was available but as for the $6000 remaining They didn’t Allow me to withdraw. 

They forfeited it from my account of their own back so I lost $6000 just like that. I even tried communicating with them saying that I would deposit more money to cover that withdrawal which I ended up sending $100 that they didn’t credit to my account until hours and hours later because they said that it must’ve failed or they didn’t receive it they just weren’t looking properly 

or doing the job because they still had my casino account basically out of order it wouldn’t allow me to add the deposit to my account using the pay ID system. I’ve always used as it said my account was still processing previous request or something like that and later on that night I ended up getting a message from them saying that hundred dollars was there and they were processing it. And they will credit my account

That being the case that I did that and they approved $100 that I deposited after my winning they still kept the $6000 that I didn’t get. I’ll add my screenshots so that I have and hopefully I’ll get some justice here. Prior to this day, I’ve never seen those terms on any online casino. Only  if there’s a bonus I know that there is terms and conditions, that usually stipulate a maximum cash out withdrawal.  But In my case there was no bonus in play at all It was solely my own deposited money I hope this is clear enough for you to be able to do something about.

You know, limiting the real money balance solely based on previously made or generally made withdrawals is, in my opinion, a clear signal of how the casino approaches fairness. I understand you seek justice here. I would too.

On the other hand, just as I mentioned, this casino has shown many signs of unfair practices and it's pretty well shown on the casino review page, which should work as a warning. I'm sorry you come across this casino, and I guess I may have a word of advice: please do some research about the casinos first, or at least try a few tests with no deposit bonuses. This might help you decide whether the casino is trustworthy enough to play with real money. 🙏
