Since september 2024 I initiated a refund request for illegal gambling offerings in the Netherlands. Dutch courts already ordered Unibet and other brands to refund losses back to people. William Hill is stalling and keeps telling me it's under review blah blah. I'm supposed to get 4200 euro back.
I am afraid there is not much more to say, but I hope you have a happy ending. Have you ever had a deadline of any kind? I am not sure if this is how things operate in similar cases.

Contacted them again, they told me they expedited the case.
