I was unaware that this site does not accept players from the UK, if this is their policy why have they not secured the site to stop UK players from opening a account, this would stop people falling into a trap

Thank you for your reply, I used Trustpilot for reviews about this site it did not mention any restrictions, reviews appeared ok, in future I will have to check your site as well.

I'd say the tone is not very cool, as is the approach. Using EURO as a demonstration of the countries allowed feels quite cheeky; if you ask me and say that they have no control over affiliates and ads, well... I'd say it is far more important to consider the country options available on the registration form. Were you able to put your country in there effortlessly?
I think you want to withdraw your funds because you don't want to play there. Am I close, please? The thing is that a missing license or possibly country in the terms is not enough for the casino representative to refund you. I guess that much is clear from those screenshots....

Hi. I saw the reviews on Trustpilot and clicked on go to website would they class this as a affiliated party ? I played through the bonuses and thought I would check on your site before playing anymore that's when I saw your report, then I checked terms etc, I would have thought they would automatically block UK players, due to their terms etc.
I am very disappointed with Trustpilot and shall take the matter up with them, I am disappointed with SCAM sites all I want is a fair site to play. Thank you

To be honest, I did think so. Thank you for your screenshot. What is the point of telling you those things when you can easily include your real address in the United Kingdom? I'm sorry you had such an experience, and I'm surprised that the link appears to be a promotion/affiliate link. In any case, these differences can occasionally confuse players too:

To be honest, we also use affiliate links; however, the casino must have a decent rating with us, and we at least spend a great deal of time and effort reviewing the casinos on our own. We don't rely solely on the opinions of others. I guess one has to be very picky these days.

I can tell that I and my colleagues do not see that as a reason for returning deposits simply because it is mainly misused for free rolling. However, to me this is of course not the case here, but since we are not lawyers, my knowledge is limited. 🙁 From a legal perspective, an attorney may have a different opinion and perhaps some advice.
