Wettzo Casino – generell diskussion (sida 2)

I understand that this is concerning and I must admit it's getting far too long. Honestly, considering the casino's poor safety index and unresolved complaint, I'm concerned too. However, we can only wait, I think. 😔 Operators really don't need to "steal" such an amount in order to profit; they usualy use unfair terms to justify balance voidance or weird bonus or deposit conditions, but I understand that ignoring the player and leaving him to eventually give it all up feels almost the same.

Have you taken a look at my case? Don't get your hopes up too high. They’ve owed me €1,140 for almost five weeks now. My account was fully verified right from the start, and I documented everything perfectly. They just don't care. They’ve written off Wettzo and are moving on with Spinita Casino, etc., etc.

One more question!

My case has been closed for days now. Yet Wettzo Casino—which is clearly a fraudulent casino has only had its score adjusted from 2.3 to 2.2. Is that really all there is to it? 🙁 And will Spinita’s score also be lowered? After all, Spinita and Wettzo are run by the exact same operator! I provided you with excellent documentation, didn’t I!? Was that really it? :(

I understand why seeing the score drop from 2.3 to 2.2 feels like such a small change after your complaint went unresolved. It can look as though your experience barely counted, but that’s not what it means.

You know, the Safety Index is calculated using several factors, including the amount involved in unresolved complaints. In this case, the disputed amount was relatively low, which meant a smaller drop in the score. That doesn’t make what happened to you any less important.

An unresolved complaint doesn’t automatically bring a casino’s score down to zero. If it did, we’d lose the ability to distinguish between poorly rated casinos with different track records. The point is that 2.3 was already a very poor score, and 2.2 still clearly reflects that the casino has been assessed as unfair. Your complaint contributed to that assessment, of course.
