Trying to cash out 1k at a time since yesterday (total winnings 13k) had a max win on nolimit and another 4.500x on another slot. I know that checks are normal but i'm not getting any info except that "they're waiting for a reply from the relevant department". Just crossing fingers that i won't have to open complaint. Will let you know once it's solved

Just an update, i reached the 5k limit withdrawal last week. Got informed that i could withdraw again yesterday however there seems to be a bug at their system and it's still showing my limit as exhausted.
Talked to their live chat they told me i should be able to withdraw and delete cookies etc, however the problem is on their end, they said they'll check it out and contact me but so far no reply.
Was wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue?

So, you just don't have the option to withdraw for now because you reached the max cash out. Right?
In case they are not able to fix it, you'll need to wait till next week to be able to withdraw.
Well, it surely would be great if you could withdraw faster, of course.
