Hur laddar jag upp bankstatement/IBAN i pdf? Casino påstår att jag jag ta skärmavbild och sen laddar den som pdf. Men det är inte sant. Hur laddar jag upp på rätt sätt? Några tipps?

Hello,
I'd try opening the document the in any viewer (e.g. Adobe google document viewer or any other) then go to print (for windows usually works ctrl+P and so on) then select "print to PDF" and you're done.
Can you try that?

Thanks, but it did not work. I saved my document in pdf format and then sent it to the casino. But they claim that I take a screenshot and then turn it into a pdf..... I don't know what to do?

Oh, sorry I thought that this was exactly what you were asked to do. So back to the beginning:
Screenshots are not allowed, you have to provide the .pgf format directly. Meaning, you need an official statement written on paper so you can scan it to .pdf format, or alternatively, create one in your online banking.
In order to be more specific, I need to know what document you have to provide.

I deleted the attachments because you should never share such personal data publicly - it is NOT safe!
Anyway, you are not supposed to send photos converted to the .pdf format I think. You must provide the official statements. The casino should advise you further. Can you explain which document was not approved?

I uploaded the bank transaction in pdf but there is no Iban on it, only account number. And they both require bank numbers and iban on the same page.

Guys if you havent been paid accordingly and you know for yourself that you have done nothing wrong. Contact me here Doobieproductions@gmail.com and we can come together against them. Some casinos must think we are really stupid and non agressive if funds are stolen. Lets show them what happens.

So like all of us that we are waiting money from this casino....a thing that I noticed that Csinoguru have never gave a high rating for this casino but some other sites gave it a good ratin (which I cnat remember which site i checked)...so for future would be a good idea to double check before depositing...i will attach 2 examples here
I avoided opening an accoun there after i saw this...but wish I done the same with Superb

Dont play in this casino. they dont answer emails, no real person in chat. cant get any help if you need and you definetily need because this is a L.C.S. limited companys casino
