On contacting the regulator.

If it is tough to withdraw money and contact the regulator Is there any chance that the casino will accept a refund?

Hey, are we also talking about any particular casino ? What specifically happens when you can't make a withdrawal ? You could try with us if you have a problem and our team would see if something can be done. If you contact the licensing authority, of course if they confirm you are in the right you could get money but if it is the other way around and they side with the casino, you would get nothing.
