Withdrew my winnings 4 days ago and it was still pending. Spoke to support, and miraculously they updated it to "in progress". The website says instant payments, and can take up to 2 days. Contacted a 2nd time to be told, to wait 6 more days for the payer to pay? Which leads me to think this is a scam. Other casinos have paid me next day or 2 days latest, but this is crazy. A casino has no problem taking customer deposits but will gladly not pay the customer their winnings on time. Very disappointed. I’m hoping they will pay me. I will update this post in two days if I still haven’t received payment.

Ok so after 6 days, I received an email this morning to say my withdrawal had been approved and received my payment this afternoon. Maybe it was my first withdrawal it took longer than 2 days to process but I’m glad it wasn’t a scam in the end.

I'm glad you got the money in the end. Sometimes casinos take a bit longer to pay out a player and they often don't process withdrawals during the weekends, so that can take a bit longer too. I actually did go back and play and won. However this time I received a breach email threatening confiscating winnings for making maximum bet on a bonus. I was only betting $4 when I won the feature, the maximum bet for Australia on a feature/scatter is $5. Therefore I did not breach any condition. I’ve reported this to support and they’ve said I should receive my winnings and that was for future notice. Mind you the email does not speak on future reference, the email states that I HAVE breached. Will see how long this second payment will take to process.

So they replied to me by email, and just before that live chat was working again. I didn’t change anything same browser same iPhone but I switched from Wi-Fi to 5G maaaybe that did it idk.


my account is now fully verified and i’m waiting for my cash out. Hoping it won’t b long cause that’s the number one most important point for any casino.
