Jag väntar på att Uberlucky ska betala ut 190 euro via Inpay. Idag är andra arbetsdagen och jag har fortfarande inte mina pengar på mitt bankkonto. Även om jag direkt fick bekräftelsen och som en genomförd betalning. Enligt supporten tar det 3 till 5 dagar. Så vitt jag vet kan du läsa på sidan Inpay att betalningar inte tar längre tid än 30 minuter, jag har redan lämnat in ett klagomål här och jag hoppas att någon kan hjälpa mig. Jag har även skärmdumpar av betalningen.

I'm sorry to say that - but at this point, we won't most likely help you. We allow all casinos 14 full days to verify the account and send the money.

The main question is whether or when the transaction is carried out by the casino. Those 3 to 5 days are the deadline for the casino - its payment provider, not for the Inpay transactions, I'm afraid.

You should be patient for now. Ask the casino for the transaction confirmation if you like and let us know.

I believe I explained the difference already, but I'll try that out again.

In some casinos, what the screenshot shows could mean the transaction was processed by the casino to ITS PAYMENT PROVIDER. Until the payment provider carries out the transfer of funds, those 30 mins do not count.

You wrote that yourself: "According to Inpay, a real-time transfer takes a maximum of 30 minutes internationally" The part you're missing is when exactly the payment provider sends the money to Inpay.

Ask Inpay about this transaction. I'd love to hear whether the money has been sent.

Verification calls have nothing to do with your gender. Your account might be flagged by their internal system for any reason and they just need to verify the account owner.

Yes, but my account has been verified for 2-3 weeks, nothing has happened. they are draining time. this is not good customer service. be aware.

You might be right. It's really possible that they just try to get some extra time and they hope you'll cancel your withdrawal and lose the money. On the other hand, you never know what happened. Just imagine there could be someone logging into the casino from the same IP address that you used in past. You don't need to be aware of it, but it could happen and that's just one of many examples.

Uberlycky license expires 21.03.2023... i dont know what is the consequent... but in 4 days they will be no able to offer casino, bookies etc?

Well, it doesn't mean the casino is about to be closed. There are many unlicensed casinos, so the license isn't the most crucial condition in the business. 🙁

Both are from Curacao 😉 First one is gambling license and 2nd one is financial license i think
