So i managed to win $4,000.00 i thought i was able to withdraw it as it was a no deposit code that made it possible for me to win. But then when i was going to verify i saw that there was a $105 deposit that i must make in order to withdraw.

I then asked the lady, who seemed really helpful, why not just deduct the $105 from my winnings. I then asked that i would still fill out the verification and send a copy of my visa/debit card with codes covered to show that i am willing to follow their rules. She Replied that it not a normal action for the computer.

Now before all this happened even before i played I registered on my iphone, and as the screen was too small and keys way smaller. I then attempted to log in on my laptop. It would not allow me. I even changed the password as it said it was not accepted. This was 3 hours ago. Just 30 mins ago after i pleaded with her to accept the fact that i was willing to allow the casino to deduct the $105 from my winnings i logged off. and Again tried to log in on my laptop... AGAIN IT WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO LOG IN. And since i logged of my phone i was locked out on there as well.

I did not receive a verification email when i registered.

So i will be writing to the Caurco (sp) licensing agency and the owners of the casino to lodge a complaint, because this all looks way to fraudulent. The question is ... What can they do to help me get my winnings and, and will they stand with me when i am allowing the casino deduct the $105 they require? Will they ?
