Varför är casinon sådana mimosas när du kritiserar??? Du tjänar miljoner, lurar på vår bekostnad och kan inte plocka in något? Konton blir förbjudna efter att ha förlorat en förmögenhet för lite kritik, så snälla vad är poängen? Jag känner bara till 2 kasinon som är STORA, Jet och Sol! Det ska finnas en balans mellan att förlora och vinna! Annars avskaffa alla casinon!!!

unrelated to this thread, how come there isnt a Tonybet page anymore? The casino is fully functional, not rogue and one of the more trustworthy ones in my experience.

Ah yes it does, I'm connecting from a UK IP so that must have been the issue, just connected from a device in canada and its working. Odd though as usually it just says the casino is not available in X country rather than redirecting to the home page (which is what happened in this instance)

Unsure if my previous query went through I attempted to send yesterday.

My issue is I was granted a casino bonus with playthrough requirements etc. & wat happened was I had slot gm " Bass Cash Monstrosity " freeze on Me while in the process of winning 10 Fs @ an 8$ wager per spin & I contacted customer support & they admitted it being a technical issue on their end & would email Me when they concluded their investigation... this was 4 day's ago & the bonus expires in 3 more day's.

4 day's to not hear anything back for a technical issue seems a little excessive yeah ?

I ll also add it was a 200$ bonus with a playthrough requirement of 4000$ of which I cleared 3700/4000.

Have yet to hear back fr Tonybet as of yet . As previously stated said bonus I'm asking for help with expires in 2 day's & when I enquired about whether I'll get an extension on the bonus because they admitted it's a technical issue on their end they won't give me a straight answer just the same generic copy & pasted reply which is becoming very frustrating. My fear is the expiry time for my query is going to come & go & they're just going to tell me bonus has expired.

What is the purpose of the complaint section when you're not able to get an Email back not only in a timely manner (when it's a time sensitive issue) but any manner at all . Seems like a pointless waste of everyone's time .

Jag har redan ett klagomål om detta, där allt förklarats. Förutom Tonybet har jag haft en dålig upplevelse med 1Red, inte med "fler casinon". Skillnaden med 1Red är att de aldrig betalade mig, trots att mitt konto var fullständigt verifierat med alla nödvändiga dokument; det gjorde de aldrig.
