It might take some time and they probably won't give you any information until it's done, but I've seen that casino has a pretty good safety index, so I hope they will approach everything responsibly and fairly. I would also be reassured by the fact that you have received money from them in the past, so I wouldn't be skeptical right away. 

Anyway, have you tried asking why the 10k disappeared ? That's something I'd be interested to know what the casino's reason was.

Hi you where right at the end I had made the first withdrawal off 5k did not recieve it yet but I was able to do the withdrawal so thank god this is a fair casino! It were stress full days but at the end solved! The 10k they hold that was for the reason that I have at least something to withdraw if it was all done with the check ups that's also a good thing they do that. So they kept it for me as a save amount because had 25k first and because off frustration I lost 9k I will keep you updated if I recieve the funds in my bank account

If you mentioned addiction and they have something written in the terms and conditions and they still let you play here and said it's okay, then that's how I would take it. If you can deposit and play unproblematically but you can't withdraw because of this thing, it's not fair as they shouldn't even let you play. 

As for self-exclusion, if it's the case in one casino but it's not explicitly written in the terms that if you do it in one, it affects the sister casino or group, then it should be fine. 

So if you played here and won money, from my point of view you should get the funds.

I'd say that's sometimes pretty common, unless you explicitly say you want to close the account or be self-excluded. I have a feeling that some casinos don't take this kind of thing that seriously, and I don't want to be specific or say that this is the case, but I've encountered a number of examples where basically even addicted players have been encouraged to play in the casino. This is not the right approach in my opinion and casinos should really protect such players. But as long as they deposit and lose money, I suppose it's okay for them to do so.
