I have now submitted a formal complaint through this site. Hopefully some progress.
I cannot believe a company that takes money from customers like this can operate the way they do and there be no recourse.

Precaution is a great tool; however, I'd say the real know-how comes into play when we face something unexpected, and that's when we develop a practical sense of precaution. I understand it feels unbelievable finding yourself in this. I assume it may be one of the first strongly negative experiences, is it?
