verification as a nightmare and constantly being rejected after many discussions with the Customer Support eventually they accepted my information and fair play my withdrawal was received in 48 hrs so my negative feedback has been removed, they do need to be better at checking verification information throughly though before rejecting

I tried to withdraw on 26th June now at over 75 withdrawal requests that have been rejected. The casino has stated it is the interim between themselves and the bank that is not working. I've spoken to my bank they have had not recieved anything. I've asked for transaction IDS casino will not give them. The casino have said my only option is a crypto withdrawal. I don't use crypto and didn't deposit with crypto currency. I have emailed email@teaspins.support no one has replied. I've asked on chat they have said to withdraw via cryptocurrency and for further information to email I've asked for the regulator info which the casino has refused to give me. I have screenshots of all chat, withdrawal attempts and an email trail to the casino. Still waiting!
They are scammers they won’t pay you back I struggled and ended up losing all my money

Jag har pratat med min bank, de har inte fått någonting. Jag har bett om transaktions-ID som casinot inte ger dem. Casinot har sagt att mitt enda alternativ är ett kryptouttag. Jag använder inte krypto och har inte gjort några insättningar med kryptovaluta. Jag har mailat Ingen har svarat. Jag har frågat i chatten att de sagt att man kan ta ut pengar via kryptovaluta och för ytterligare information via e-post har jag bett om information från tillsynsmyndigheten, vilket casinot har vägrat att ge mig. Jag har skärmdumpar av all chatt, uttagsförsök och ett e-postspår till casinot. Väntar fortfarande!

I understand, this long waiting can be quite stressful. It's good that you opened a complaint and we'll try to help you if you can't find a way out with the casino.
Anyway, you didn't even try the crypto thing, did you just open a wallet and send it in? That's just a thought, because I know there are plenty of instructions online on how to set it up and how to use it.
I have tried, I opened an account with Kraken, you have to take a test to prove you understand crypto. I don't understand crypto. I don't understand as its only a small amount that it can't be manually transferred to my bank account. 3 more withdrawals rejected today.....
