Hi!

My won bet (105 euro stake x1,55) returned me just 8.60 euro. I have reported that but in respond they closed my account. They dont respond for my mails and by chat they always tells me that i have to send maiil in this case. So I lost access to my money and usually they should lost licesnse. This is totally unacceptable, this fake casino literally stole my money. I would like to add that I did not do anything suspicious, just placed few bets. So my total balance should be 610 euro and I have to can withdraw it. Please all be careful and never use this casino.

Hello there.

I probably failed to understand the issue. What bets? Is this related to sports betting somehow? I'm interested to know because it dictates my further advice to you.

ok, suprabets1.com have fake license? because when i go on suprabets from casino guru redirect me to suprabets1 (propably because i am from Poland) and even in English language is with red cross

I don't think so, it is probably a mirror page casino used for players from certain countries. Occasionally these mirrors are not updated properly. This casino is licensed, as shown by the printscreen. Some mirror pages have their license hidden completely, it's not convenient, yet it doesn't NOT mean the casino is unlicensed.

Ask the casino support or chat - can you try that, perhaps?

So the casino didn't give you an exact reason as to what rule you broke ? I think that's pretty important information. 

Anyway, are you in contact with the casino or are they not responding ? I think in this case additional information would be useful to know a bit more about the situation.

Thanks for that, I'm looking at it now. So, probably a duplicate account, fraud, or unfair advantage.

Well, that would require at least proof and a good explanation, to begin with...

As said before, I found this rule in your complaint, but I agree it literally explains nothing and you should be advised further. Though I understand casinos are not very fond of explaining fraud activities,..

I think players deserve some explanation if their account is closed. Becasue now we can only guess why this happened. But as we can see, the casino doesn't seem to want to explain too much. 🤔

However, if I may request, your complaint has been updated and Tomas has replied. Would it be possible for you to provide him with an answer to his question as well, so that he can move on as soon as possible ? That would be appropriate. 

For the time being we have nothing to do but wait. I hope everything will have a successful end.
