The representative called me a while ago and tried to make a very insulting deal with me he offered $200 bucks in exchange of my silence!! He literally said "if you donât take this money is not going to be a deal anymore later and you canât make it public or definitively there is no deal at all" buuut, Iâm not stupid and I will never get bribed for silence, Iâm pretty sure at least they will get the lesson that they should get things straight and that "people" are not stupid as they think they are⊠neither afraid of no oneâŠ

I recall you mentioned the "special/final deal" you were offered in the past because I promptly informed the complaint handler. I was furious someone was trying to buy your silence while no adjustment or safety measures seemed not to be considered, so technically - "Yeah, we made a sort of mistake yet take those few bucks and do not ask further, since for now, we do not care about other players,..."
No way!
I can assure you that even a leader of the Complain Team has spoken to the management many times making our points pretty clear, and suggested fair solutions not just for you, but also ways to prevent this from happening again to anyone else.
I think this is probably the reason why I still believe in a happy ending! đ€đ€đ€

I absolutely understand your point of view. But I think hope dies last, so I always try to think positive. Although on the other hand, I know that in my case it doesn't involve money.
But I still think that there is no need to be negative and hope that everything will turn out well, even if it drags on.
Additionally, I appreciate that you're acting quite calm and just because of the positive energy you're radiating, I hope that everything will work out in your favour.

So if I understand it correctly, you won some money, but in order to withdraw them successfully, you had to make a deposit and now you're waiting for it to be processed?

Its been a minute but I believe it was a coupon I cashed out on however that is here nor there because they accepted the withdraw after I had to make the required $25 minimum deposit, which I did immediately. Id like to mention, to be fair on the 16th they finally answered my email(s) after 7 days of no response and gave me the typical "its still in the process" crap...so...maybe I still get it. But the reviews (not just here) say otherwise. I have already chalked this one (and 4 others) up as a loss
You know what? According to our complaint section, many players were paid in the past, the withdrawal "speed" (I'm sorry I had to say that đ) was however incredibly low! Scaled from 3 weeks to 3 months.
I know the saying, Hope is the worst of drugs, ...but in this case, well, one player said:
"Buddy you now have to wait... Give it 2 months at least"
or
"I submitted the withdrawal on the 10th of September it was approved on the 22nd of September and now they are saying that there is a delay but the company that processes payment but they repeated the same thing over and over saying it takes 7 to 10 business days."
