Vad synd, men samma sak hände mig. Recensionerna måste vara tydliga. Jag läser dem alltid och konsulterar bekanta. Jag hoppas att du har bättre tur på andra casinon. Det finns många mycket pålitliga här för alla länder.

De fantastiska recensionerna här är så löjliga 😀 och du vet inte vem som är mer löjlig, casinot som måste muta sina spelare med gratissnurr eller personerna som medvetet vilseleder andra människor med sina falska recensioner för några meningslösa gratissnurr. Jag har spelat länge och har testat flera Versus Odds casinon, varje casino från denna leverantör är avgrundsvärt dåligt. Slotarna i kasinon från denna leverantör ger inga vinster, RTP:n i Versus Odds kasinon är långt under genomsnittet och bedrövligt låg.

We also mentioned in the thread that the casino had a promotion and all user reviews that belonged to this package were deleted. The fact that players think that they might get them for a comment on the forum is also funny, but since it has already been explained, I guess there is nothing more to add to it.

Jag kommenterade bara här för att en Romi avvisade min recension, den korrekta recensionen längre upp på sidan. Jag förstår inte eftersom jag inte skrev något förolämpande eller nedlåtande, jag skrev bara sanningen om casinot i en normal ton. Så jag kommenterar här när recensioner avvisas utan anledning.

RTP:n är extremt låg. Den lägsta RTP jag någonsin har upplevt är i detta kasino och andra från denna leverantör. Den högsta vinsten jag hade i detta casino var €30. Jag har redan satt in en hel del på detta casino, oavsett vilken slot du spelar så finns det ingen chans att vinna. Du kan glömma att spela med höga insatser här, eftersom du inte vinner något och ditt saldo kommer att försvinna på under 5 minuter. Detta casino är ett av de sämsta på marknaden och det är bara sanningen.

It's actually not a bad review, you put some pros and cons in there. I understand that you didn't have a good time in the casino and the RTP was at freezing point for you. But the whole text was basically about the fact that you didn't manage to win anything. So the reason why the review was rejected came to you. If it doesn't revolve around that one thing, then your review will be approved. Feel free to include the good things in the text, you can also say that you think RTP is wrong, that's not a problem. But if you just put it down to the fact that you didn't win, then it won't be approved because it's not a casino review.

Ok, jag ska ta hänsyn till det i mina nästa recensioner 🙂 men om jag inte hittar något bra med ett casino är det verkligen svårt för mig att nämna något bra. Det finns många casinon som jag tänker på länge och inte hittar en enda positiv aspekt, jag brukar skriva "snabbinsättning" som en positiv aspekt eftersom det är det enda som alltid fungerar bra på nästan alla casinon 😀

It's okay if you don't find something positive about the casino. Your experience may be so negative somewhere that it really is that way. And we have no problem to approve even such a user review. But the important thing is that, as I mentioned before, it's not all about the fact that you lost. 

Players can mention support, games, providers, RTP and various other things that come to mind. It's mainly to give the players the most out of it, because sometimes I don't see the narrative value in a review where I would write that I didn't win. Basically, I don't learn anything else about the casino. 

So that's just my advice and I don't take it badly at all. You've kept a great approach to it and not everyone would have handled it like you did. Rather they would talk about how we are one with the casino because we rejected the review.

I just wanted to add that you wrote nice support in the pros, so maybe there was at least something good there after all. 🙂

Regarding our last f**ck up with the free spins promised to the players... We were so STUPID..

We wanted to get some feedback about Stupid casino, and we wanted to reward players for that with the free spins.

Indeed we did that action on our own, without consulting with CasinoGuru Team firstly about it, and once we realized the mistake we did, it was already too late...

We have never encouraged players to write good reviews about Stupid casino, of course we like those but we can only improve our services through the bad reviews that we get.

It is in human nature to give a good feedback if the reward is promised, but such fake reviews doesnt help us either..

Anyway we apologize for the mess that we created, It was not pleasant for us, nor for the CasinoGuru team.

I would like to say that you have not been the only one with this idea. Avoiding such trends can feel like a huge disadvantage because of the fierce competition, especially in the gambling sector. It is fair to say that I can not think of another casino that was so courageous to admit their "mistakes" publicly. 🙂
