Kasinon är bedragare. De har torterat mig i en månad nu. Jag skickade alla bilder - de accepterade bilden. Och de ber om för mycket bilder. Selfie med TIN, selfie med födelsebevis, selfie med SNILS, passfoto, selfie med pass! Absurd! Så många dokument. De kanske skulle ta ett lån åt mig? Och de sa att du kan göra ett uttag, allt är bra. Och vad tror du hände? Självklart kom inget ut! De ljög uppenbart! och de sa att en extra kontroll behövs 72 timmar! Ni förstår alla att det senare kommer nya skäl att inte betala! Sedan säger de vänta ett år och så. Och allt är för $80!!!! Kasinot är i konkurs!

On the other hand, I can't say I understand Freya's response. Since I'm not familiar with the whole background, I find it a bit confusing.
As a result of her action, though, your account was closed permanently, which is not what you asked for, I'd say.
And here comes another issue, If I may guess, I'd say she purely focused on the fact that you had opened two accounts, but she also, let's say, overlooked the context.
Well, may I know whether you've gotten your full balance out of the casino, please? Because if not, I'm quite convinced submitting a complaint won't be a mistake. As I say, I'm not fully familiar with the whole situation, yet a little investigation won't hurt, especially if you have some doubts.

Massor av spel, allt är tydligt upplagt, cashback, verifieringen gick ganska snabbt. Till en början gick utbetalningen blixtsnabb med realtidsöverföringar och jag var helt nöjd.
Tyvärr hände följande för mig nyligen:
Jag gjorde ett uttag på eftermiddagen (ett mycket litet belopp) och det fanns på mitt bankkonto på några minuter. På kvällen gjorde jag ett andra uttag med 800 euro... ett meddelande dök upp för bara några sekunder... beloppet var för högt??!! (återstående saldo var ca 300 euro) och ett sådant meddelande var extremt konstigt) Men sedan gick det igenom. Enligt transaktionerna överfördes de 800 euron framgångsrikt.
De 800 euron kom in på mitt bankkonto, men samtidigt debiterades de också tillbaka eller var redo för debitering.
Jag försökte överföra ett annat belopp och samma sak hände. Jag avbröt snabbt mina försök av rädsla för att det skulle debiteras mitt bankkonto.
I chatten var supportmedarbetaren förvirrad och förstod inte – eller ville inte förstå – vad som pågick. Han sa bara till mig att jag kunde överföra 4000 per dag och det var allt.
Det ser ut som att 800:an kommer att gå tillbaka till Starda och jag kan inte ta ut resten av mitt saldo heller.
Jag har nu skickat ett mail till Starda Casino och hoppas att detta kan lösas och att jag inte kommer att ha några problem med min bank.
