Jag har redan satt in 500-600Euro de senaste 3-4 månaderna och aldrig vunnit.... igår fick jag ett SMS med 75 freespins som jag vann 9 I med. vann euro som jag sedan gjorde 300 MED omsättningskrav som jag redan har uppnått. I guess that this is not about the general bonus and condition but about the specific one applied to the free spins you took. That's normal that every no-deposit bonus provides only a limited max withdrawable amount.
Sadly, I do not understand the part of the email that is in German, so I have no clue what the cashier wrote to you aside from point 2.
