Yeah exactly. My proof is also screenshots of emails from game providers. I cant understand how that is not enough proof. They are probably trying to ask the fake casino themselves if the allegations are true...

Weird how other affiliate sites have reacted quicker when people have reported this site to them. And they are even smaller sites...

"It is always important to get the statement from this provider if they say so, and if possible, provide it also to us." - Like 4 different people have provided screenshots over a week ago of emails from those providers saying how this casino has stolen their games. I can't understand why it is taking so long. Do you really think numerous people would photoshop the emails or something? Have you even asked the Hacksaw and pragmatic play etc yourself? Also I would like to mention that I'm not directly blaming you since you don't do the job checking the legitimacy of casinos or editing the information about these casinos.

And also if numerous people report things like this why not put the warning and say hey this site is going through an investigation be aware. Instead you're trusting that people will read this comment thread here before going to the casino. Why not prevent more people falling for this scam? Why first investigate for weeks before seeing oh hey this was all true and now even more people fell for the scam since the site was still being advertised. That's not good ethic at all.

I'm done with this. If I got a reply from game providers within 48 hours, I can't believe you guys haven't got a reply from them. It's been 1 week since first evidence was sent to you and the site is still being advertised. The worst thing is that the site is being up as well...

So if it really takes you that long for a site warning, I'll just post the emails from Push Gaming & Hacksaw here now so people who hopefully read through the forum here will see that the casino is a big scam.

Unfortunately most people won't check the comment thread before clicking the visit casino button... It's insane how the site is still up even though a lot of people have reported the website domain and game providers have taken legal action against them. Edit: I also added proof here.

I just visited the site and seems like they still have other games playable but no Hacksaw gaming.

Btw spinsala has another site called arcticbets.com so be aware.

På 10 minuter svarar hacksåg på e-postmeddelanden. Både från spinsala och arcticbets. Jag är ärlig, jag kommer inte att gå tillbaka till guru för att ha en åsikt om något hus.

As far as I was told, no one outside of a few licensing authorities is capable of investigating games randomness for example. I'm sorry. I understand your disappointment, and I hope you will find a website that matches your expectations.

Well, honestly, as far as I know, they do not respond very often because the amount of incoming emails has always been out of their capabilities, but they investigate eventually if the situation requires that.

I know it sounds stupid, but we forum admins have nothing to do with that but are still in direct contact with the players, leaving us little space for reasonable comments.

I just ask the team to get me some feedback. That's all I can do to provide you with feedback.

I disagreed with that since the screenshots I sent include responses from game providers, which is a pretty good proof in my opinion. Other players have sent the same screenshots too (email responses from game providers).

What makes me angry here is that you won't prevent more players falling for the site since you won't put any warning while the site is being "investigated" even though you have been provided email responses from game providers and it's been over a week now since those were sent and nothing has happened yet.

The rest is held outside of the forum. The Data Team is very likely on it.

As I previously mentioned, they rarely respond to "investigations," particularly when a player has already lodged a complaint about it. At that moment the issue is supposed to be decided during the complaint process.

I honestly do not know how I am supposed to help here.

One thing, though: you may ask the complaint to be reopened.
