Det här casinot stänger inte mitt konto på mer än 3 månader, trots att jag är spelberoende och har försökt få det stängt permanent. Det är nog meningslöst att klaga på det eftersom jag märker att de inte heller har svarat på andras klagomål?

When it comes to this particular casino, though, the situation unfortunately doesn’t look very encouraging. As you’ve already noticed, they aren’t responding, so it’s difficult to know whether they’ll actually do anything about it.

Still, I think submitting a complaint could make sense. Even if the casino ultimately doesn’t cooperate or resolve the issue, the complaint can still help us document what happened, and depending on the outcome, it may negatively affect the casino’s Safety Index. At least that could help warn other players in the future.

Of course, if you don’t want to go through the complaint process, that decision is entirely up to you.
