The Safety Index is typically updated once per week, usually on Wednesday. So if a complaint is resolved on a weekend or early in the week, you might not see the change reflected straight away, but rather in the next scheduled update.
I also checked, and I can see that the casino’s Safety Index has already dropped from 8.1 to 7.5, which suggests that the ongoing complaints are already having an impact.
