It is now day 5 with no money in my bank account. I am sending my bank statement every single day because I have to prove I didnt get the money but they on the other hand have not sent me anything! I have missed 5 days of work due to stress and illness brought on by this nightmare. I received 20.000dkk out of the first 3 "completed" payouts totalling 30.000DKK on the 16th of December. I have requested transaction numbers for Trustly deposits 16 times since Monday and I have recived not so much as an email . All they keep repeating is "we are working very hard to resolve your situation and we are truly sorry that this has happenned" bla bla. The same thing over and over and over again. If they actually sent the money than transaction numbers are at their finger tips!! I have started a case with the DGA (Danish Gambling Authority) which I really dont wan to do nor have the time to do. This is a nightmare like no other!! They have stolen 70.000DKK from me! Because they have falsely changed my payout status from "Pending to Completed" without sending any actual money except for 20.000DKK. How did that one come through with no issues at all yet the same procedure for the rest of the payouts have magically disappeared!! They have no phone number, their chat agents are less than educated in anything to do with this casino. They copy paste scripted replies like i am some sort of idiot!! But now I have the professionals taking over. I have been advised by the MGA to contact the authorites immediately and they are doing their own private internal investigation because they cannot find your licence anywhere using their search processes which is much more sophisticated than anything i can do. They cant even direct me to the right authority because you are no where to be found anywhere in Europe or outside of Europe. Thats all I have to say. I am exhausted from all of this fraud and scamming.

I am really sorry that you found yourself in this situation, especially when online games should be fun. Right?

I hope that our team will be able to help you out with your complaint if the situation continues, also after the 14-day time frame we need to wait before we can intervene.

May I ask, though, if they gave you any reason for all this, any explanation? 🤔

Or the casino is not communicating with you anymore?

They just cancelled all payouts returned 70K to my player account and I paid out again using bank card and threatened law suits, i have all 70k in my account now! But as good as that is, i will never go thru that again! Still not a good casino.

And what was the reason they gave you for doing so, if I may ask?

Also, why did you pay with your card again? What for? I am not sure I understand this.
