It's a pretty good site. So far, I have not encountered any issues with withdrawals, and it offers a wide range of games.

How long did you have to wait for your withdrawal, please?

I’ve done roughly seven withdrawals with them now, anywhere from $500 to $3k, and the longest I’ve had to wait was about 20 minutes

There was one time I tried to withdraw a little over $2,000 at around 1 a.m. They told me it would be processed in the morning because doing the transfer that late could raise flags with the bank. Fair enough. I waited until morning and the withdrawal went through normally

So it is really nice to hear. It surely is very important for all the players.
