Jag blev ombedd att skicka in dokumenten för kontoverifiering 2022, slutade då spela på sidan och kom tillbaka 2024 och spelade och van 50000+.


Nu vill casinot inte betala ut pengarna utan att jag verifierar vissa uppgifter. De bad först om bevis på adressändring och mobil nr som jag vill uppdatera. Skickade in detta plus 7 månaders lönespecar som de inte bett om.

Har inte fått svar och deras kundtjänst svarar inte på mejl.


För att få ut dessa pengar kommer de kräva verifikation för det jag spelat 2022 (har bytt bank sedan dess) eller kommer de enbart kräva för 2024 då jag vunnit pengarna som jag nu vill ta ut? Casinot är snabbare.com


Vad tror ni? Är det kört att få ut dessa pengar 😕 (ej spelat med någon bonsu).

Have you made a new deposit now, or did you play with some remaining balance that you had from 2022? 🤔

If you made a new deposit now and won the money, they shouldn't be needing any proof of the deposit from before, I believe.

May I also ask you to provide the full URL address of this casino, please? I couldn't find out which one it is, to tell you the truth.🤷‍♀️

I played with new money and deposit 2000 sek that I played up to 50000+ on roulette in a few hours. I was very lucky. And when I wanted to withdraw this problem occurred.


I have not used any bonus offer.


I asked to whitdrawl 13 th of December, but they still haven't payed out and there support via email has not replied. The chat support only refers to "other division is looking and handling the matter as soon as possible".


The only thing I have been asked to sens in via email support is proof of adress and mobile number. I sent the information in and thet just don't reply.


I hope they won't ask med to send in I formation from 2022 because I changed banks and it's a struggle to get the documentation and will delay the process further : /. But i will ofcourse do what they ask but right now i just feel so stupid.

Don't worry about your English spelling. You can write on this forum in your own language, as we have the autotranslator implemented here. 😉

I don't believe they have any reason to ask for that, because you played with the new deposit you made now.

It has been just a few days for them to verify your account, so maybe try to be a bit more patient, and hopefully soon they will come back to you.

We actually give casinos 14 full days to process the payment. No weekends counted there, of course.

Surely keep us informed how it goes, and our complaint team will be ready to step in if needed.

I received some of the money today so hopefully they pay out the rest in a few days.
