Did you ask the casino what went wrong? What casinos call "bonus abuse" usually provides some sort of suspicious activity. Sadly, without the casino's explanation, no one can tell what really caused the problem.

yes, I was told the following: ""The Casino reserves the right to withhold payments if there is suspicion or evidence of manipulation of the casino system. Criminal charges will be brought against any user or other person(s) who manipulated the casino system or attempted to do so. The Casino reserves the right to rescind and/or change any games or events offered on the Website.", please note that I don't understand why! what happened, I deposited 3370eur during these two weeks and I only withdraw 2390! my balance on the last withdrawal day was 3020.

It bothers me a lot to know that I am being accused of such a serious accusation, and with even more serious consequences! I believe this happened after I was playing a game with rtp during the bonus, but the terms don't say anything about it

I'd say, you should submit the complaint now. The casino may provide a reasonable explanation, but it would be good to ensure all is fair and square. The way I see it, the casino is done with you, am I correct?
