Same exact thing happened to me. But I deposited and won without using a bonus back in September and still have not been able to withdraw. I've gotten no contact as well.

Yes they initially said they had to look into my winnings as I won a large amount as a new player with just a $21.00 deposit. That's the ONLY thing they ever said to me. Then after that no word at all 🙁

Okay, as the complaint suggests, the verification should not be the problem.
I know it's hard, but I believe we need someone from the casino to explain. It could be just a delay, but no one outside this casino can tell that for sure. 🤔

Well, I find it suspicious that you could get so much out of free play. Didn't you try to check the Terms and Conditions to see if there is a maximum cashout for this kind of thing ? Or even ask the chat ? I wouldn't find the deposit so strange if it was a verification deposit, but I'd check that too before I put money in.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A MOBILE APP SCAM USING SLOTS777 NAME.
They ask players to "deposit to increase your VIP level" or "You've won XXX , please deposit to release your funds".
We have screenshots that clearly show that these players are NOT interacting with our brand, it is always some random Telegram user account.
These scammers are causing massive damage to our reputation, and there is nothing we can do 🙁

They are scammers, Slots777.casino is not.
