I asked for a withdrawal on 14th may they say it can take between 7 to 21 days what do I do after 21 days

Hey, did you look at the information about the casino before you played there? It probably wasn't the best decision because it's pretty bad. It doesn't have a license, I doubt it would answer us if you even filed a complaint, so there's not much you can do.
Anyway, you've been waiting for over 2 weeks and I'd be worried about the money actually coming in.
However, you can definitely try to open a complaint, you would be the first and maybe the casino would respond.
