Noooo don't. Because you may get a massive win and then feel sad because you know you won't get it. Keep it as it is. As longer there keeping you the worse it will look on them
My withdrawal of 840 was paid out 20mins after I completed the link in the email. I’m so so shocked but it’s gone straight into my rbs account so I really can’t complaint. Seeing all of the issues however I won’t be using them again

We can at least try to contact the casino, especially if any player who has been waiting for the withdrawal longer than 14 days is willing to lodge a compalint. Has anyone had their chat option removed? I have just had my chat ended by helpful Nicola NOT! I no longer have the option to chat to them? Same old copy and paste bullshit. Your withdrawal is being processed blah blah blah. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask!
My chat option is there but I no longer get to talk to a agent anymore. My messages always say failed on the chat so I'm assuming they blocked me but I wasn't rude at all. Been waiting 3 weeks for my money now

The way I see it, the casino is very likely not planning to respond. I'm sorry, it just seems that for some reason this particular casino turned into a possible non paying scam. Basically, we don't have specific ways to detect this unless players start complaining. I wish there was a tool to prevent this.

8.3.1 If a player's accumulated lifetime deposit is not greater than 200 €/£/$ or 25 mbtc, then the player will be allowed to withdraw only up to x10 his last deposit. (any excess amount will be forfeit)
So I think that's another reason why I wont see my winnings
I must of deposited around 600 all together. I'm now on week 3 and no withdrawel. They gave me 210 v.i.p money to play with but I have refused to play. It's just sitting in my account. Some girl on this thread had her withdrawel sent to her card in like 2 days. So all this 27 day bollox is all lies

Jag måste ha satt in runt 600 totalt. Jag är nu i vecka 3 och ingen återkallelse. De gav mig 210 VIP-pengar att spela med men jag har vägrat att spela. Den ligger bara på mitt konto.
