I noticed that SlotNeo’s Safety Score is still the same as it was before this $36,000 USDT fraud. From my point of view, they should have been removed from the platform, or at the very least, their Safety Score should have been changed to the minimum possible, with a warning for players saying: "This casino is a SCAM. It is not safe to deposit."

I thought the main focus of Casino.Guru was to protect players and help them choose the best casino option in terms of safety, game variety, etc.

Could someone please correct this issue regarding the situation with SlotNeo?

That's the common misunderstanding; we do not remove casino reviews, including safety scores, especially for casinos with unresolved complaints. We instead keep it visible and use it as a warning.

The Safety index is usualy updated once or twice per week, since it's a process during which each casino with unresolved cases undergoes recalculation based on those unresolved cases.

I do not have further details because I do not partake in it, but I'm confident the Index will reflect the complaint outcome since the case was closed 2 days ago.

Sometimes it takes a little longer, but since I imagine it looks strange from your perspective, I'll send a question to the other teams.
