yeah I read the reviews after I played and had trouble withdrawing.

ive so far been verified for Id / bank / payment I’ve sent in my wage slips and 3 months bank and Id holding numbers and picture outside my house etc - Friday will be the 3rd working day. To be fair they have been prompt they have emailed me within 24 hours if they needed anymore info and I was uploading quick this is the longest I’ve waited to hear if it’s rejected but then i am wondering is some sort of identity fraud happening with the amount they asked me for ! I’ve won a large amount before and been paid from a difference casino online and their verification was lengthy but with the bad reviews on this casino and win top Ltd I’m a big sceptical I’ll see my money ! I’ll keep updating as I’ve done all verification perfect sending pdf etc so they have no reason to reject me unless it’s just due to being a scam

yeah im going to play the long game and keep sending the information in etc I just hope they don’t block my account seen some people say that but I’ll keep updating if I get a payout so others can see as I’ve played fair and handed all documents in correct format.

I played duff spin £8,700 and didn’t win they gave me a cash back payment and I won’t £21,000

they confiscated my money and said I breached their term etc

so the end result is I get nothing back ! Well I got £1,000

Should I try and see if I can get some money back and haggle or how do you deal with these situations ? They pointed me to a term on their site but they could have just added that in !
