I would say you have all the clues in this thread and as we were explaining many times> verification deposits exist and are usualy lower, just like your situation and are necessary for withdrawal because the casino needs to verify your payment method first.

A scam falls under the fake KYC fees or withdrawal fees shown in this thread. It would be much more advisable to show the casino layout and logo as well as your "winnings" and the way the casino explains the necessity of the deposit. As you could notice, there is a specific group we have been following here. If the layout and the tactics were the same as described numerous times in this thread, I would not send the money.
