Hur mycket pengar har du satt in för verifiering? Jag hoppas att de stänger dem alla men vår postpolis (jag är italienare) kan inte göra mycket, eftersom det här är en kriminell organisation och de fortsätter att byta namn och bluffa, deras chattar svarar bara med robotar (var uppmärksam, jag svarar omedelbart när som helst) men alltid samma operatör, "jag förstår din frustration" (klassisk fras de säger när du inte kan ta ut pengar). De svarar på samma sätt till alla, jag var också tvungen att hantera dessa falska casinon (men jag upprepar, jag är en tidigare spelare (som tur var ex) och jag förstod direkt att det var en bluff, kom ihåg att riktiga casinon inte ber om pengar för att verifiera uttaget utan bara dokument, jag är ledsen att de lurar så många människor, de får alla att vinna lätt, vi lurar oss själva och är nöjda med vinsterna men sedan kommer överraskningen (de betalar inte) och de kommer aldrig att göra det.

Hello, despite what some other user tried to explain earlier, as far as I investigated, there is nothing else you can do. That's the point of the scam; the only way around is not to fall for it.

You may try a chargeback if the payment processor allows that.

Hey. I recently saw an add that redirected me to an app ( Queen of fortune) now this app is obviously an online casino disguised as an app. Casino name is Helixbet. They actually promise you this..As a new player they give you a 2.500$ bonus that doesn't need wagering and you can withdraw right away with no other restrictions whatsoever but one. You have to make a deposit of 50$ or more to "verify" your account. So normally I asked online support like . . why do you need a deposit for verification...like. .I am more than willing to provide you any document you want ...it's just that it doesn't make sense to me that I will get verified through a deposit where none of my personal details are shown !. They said it's just policy . Still doesn't make sense to me tho. And it doesn't seem very profitable for them too. ( I can easily make the deposit and then withdraw the bonus plus my deposit and never go back again right ?)

Many reviews in Google play say thats a scam and if you make the verification deposit they ask you for more. But I don't know others say it's legit . What do you think I should do?

Regrettably, the scam remains unchanged. 🙁 There have never been any real winnings and the site has never meant to pay; they only collect fees. It is a pure scam. Read this thread; it is one group with the same methods.
