I want to share a documented withdrawal dispute involving scam SCORAS io and one of my referrals.
The player is SCORAS Player ID 120901294.
He deposited $500, played Blackjack, and later requested a withdrawal of $2,400.
SCORAS did not pay the full withdrawal.
They returned only the player's original $500 deposit and voided the remaining $1,900.
According to the player, his account was also blocked afterwards.
I contacted SCORAS directly because I had previously cooperated with them as a streamer/affiliate.
Their representative gave the following reason for refusing the withdrawal:
"His withdrawal was not paid because his blackjack play violated our terms, specifically: prohibited betting pattern."
SCORAS later confirmed their final position:
"The decision on this account stays the same. Because of the rule violation, the winnings were voided and his $500 deposit was returned to him in full, in line with our Terms and Conditions."
So there is no dispute that the $1,900 was not paid.
SCORAS had no legitimate basis to void those funds, they simply scammed player.
So far, the explanation provided to me has simply been "prohibited betting pattern."
SCORAS casino representative said he would "fix this issue"
There is another part of the conversation that I believe is relevant.
While discussing the case, a SCORAS representative asked me:
"How much money do you want?"
He then wrote:
"I'll fix this issue."
I explained that the withdrawal was $2,400, only $500 had been returned, and that the remaining $1,900 should be paid to the player.
Despite that statement, the $1,900 was still not paid.
They continued asking me to promote SCORAS
While this dispute was still unresolved, the same representative also asked me:
"So what about the stream? Would you like to do one today?"
I refused to continue promoting the casino while a player I referred had an unresolved $1,900 withdrawal dispute.
Communication with SCORAS representatives
My original contact at SCORAS was Nick - Telegram @nickscoras.
Nick originally contacted me regarding cooperation and streaming SCORAS.
Previously, when I raised issues concerning referred players, I was told that individual players needed to contact SCORAS directly.
Player ID 120901294 did contact SCORAS directly, but according to the player, the decision remained unchanged and his account was blocked.
A significant amount of Nick's side of our previous Telegram conversation was later removed from the chat, leaving primarily my messages visible. I preserved screenshots of the available correspondence.
I also communicated with u/affiliatescoras, whose Telegram profile used SCORAS branding and linked to scoras.io.
During the discussion about this case, this contact initially wrote:
"How much money do you want?"
and:
"I'll fix this issue."
Later, after I told him that I had saved screenshots of our conversation, the response from this account was:
"Fuck off"
I have screenshots of all of these exchanges.
What I am asking for
The requested resolution is simple:
Pay the remaining $1,900 to Player ID 120901294.
Alternatively, SCORAS should provide the relevant betting records and identify the exact rule that the player allegedly violated so that the decision can be independently evaluated.
If SCORAS provides evidence that materially changes the facts of the case, or if the $1,900 is paid, I will update this post.
I have also opened a detailed Scam Accusation thread on Bitcointalk with the evidence and screenshots
Until this is resolved, I believe prospective players should be aware of this withdrawal dispute before depositing funds.

Hi, you mentioned that the casino hasn’t paid you and that you believe it’s a scam. Could you please explain your situation in more detail so we can see whether we can help?
It would be useful to know what happened and what reason, if any, the casino has given for not paying you.
Hello, thanks for the warning. I believe we now all understand your perspective. Here on the forum, I guess we won't get much further than that.
I suggest sending the concerned player to file a complaint with us. Maybe we could be able to mediate the situation.
One way or another, I hope this is not the end of it for the player, of course.
It's nice to see you getting involved in helping the good cause. 👍
Hi Jaroslav,
Thank you for responding.
First, I would like to clarify one important point: I am not the player whose withdrawal was refused. I was an affiliate/streamer working with SCORAS, and the affected player was my referral.
The player's SCORAS ID is:
471837429
The situation is very simple:
- The player deposited $500.
- He played Blackjack.
- He requested a withdrawal of $2,400.
- SCORAS refused to pay the full withdrawal.
- SCORAS returned only the original $500 deposit.
- The remaining $1,900 was voided and never paid.
- The player's account was subsequently blocked.
SCORAS told me in writing that the withdrawal was not paid because of an alleged "prohibited betting pattern."
The player disputes this completely. Our position is that no rules were violated and that the $1,900 represents legitimate winnings that should have been paid.
SCORAS later confirmed to me in writing that they had voided the winnings and returned only the player's $500 deposit.
The player also contacted SCORAS directly, as they requested, but the decision remained unchanged and his account was blocked. They also deleted my account without any reason with all information about my refferal who stuck in this problem with casino Scoras.
We have screenshots of the communication with SCORAS, screenshots showing their position, and additional evidence documenting the dispute.
There is also a public BitcoinTalk thread where SCORAS representatives themselves have responded to the case:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5595217
Our requested resolution is straightforward:
SCORAS should pay the player the outstanding $1,900.
We are not asking for another explanation of their Terms or for another justification for withholding the money. We dispute that the player committed any violation.
I would appreciate it if Casino Guru could review this case so that it can be investigated.
The player himself can provide any account information or evidence required directly to Casino Guru.
He already submitted complain on this website.
Thank you.
Casino: SCORAS.io (Belincore Limitada, Anjouan licence ALSI-202410044-FI2)
Player ID: 471837429
Amount in dispute: ~$1,900 ($2,400 balance minus my $505 deposit, which was returned)
SUMMARY
On 2 Sept I deposited $505 and my personal manager Nick gave me a $500 bonus with a x15 wagering requirement on the full $1,005. I completed it on Evolution live blackjack and on 3 Sept requested a withdrawal of $2,400. SCORAS returned only my $505 deposit and voided the rest. It has never named a rule, round or bet that I violated.
WHAT HAPPENED
1 Sept: Nick added me to the VIP group. 2 Sept: I deposited and Nick offered the bonus: "A gift to you" (17:13). On 3 Sept he wrote: "all the casino has done this for you. We made you a very good deal" (14:15).
SCORAS doesn't show players their turnover, so the team posted it to me in the VIP group as I played. They saw my play throughout and nobody said anything was wrong.
3 Sept: I requested the withdrawal. I was told "under review" and "Within 48 hrs I guarantee". No decision followed.
3 Sept: the VIP group disappeared (Nick mentioned "the group" at 14:14; at 15:05 I asked "wheres my group Nick?"). My access was restricted.
MANAGER'S CONDUCT (Telegram, timestamps attached)
Profanity, 3 Sept: "that's retarded" (14:22); "Fuck that" (14:24); "What the fuck are you talking about?" (14:25).
Isolation: "Now communication is strictly with me"; when I mentioned the game provider: "And they will not inform you anything" (14:29); "contacting our provider is enough" (14:34); "Nobody is gonna help you, only me" (17:37).
Discouraging complaints, 5 Sept: "every time you contact support you're not making it easier" (10:58); "the more people your contact the long it's gonna take" (11:00); "You are only making it worse" (11:20). On 9 Sept: "any threats against our company will only delay this further."
3 Sept, 14:20: "If I get one more message about this, then let's just cancel it." My questions about my own withdrawal were repeatedly called "threatening".
SHIFTING EXPLANATIONS
"Under review" (3 Sept).
"a gameplay that made it look very strange... Maybe you're really professional" and "I don't know how you played blackjack" (5 Sept).
Possible referral/loss-back "abuse" (5 Sept).
Compliance email (5 Sept): "irregular stake-size sequencing, elevated wager-size volatility, rapid inter-round exposure adjustments", stating this does "not... constitute an allegation of cheating".
Public forum: "promotional wagering activity... violated the applicable promotional conditions."
I told Nick at the time that I played flat $50 bets without volatility. No specific stake, round or rule has ever been named to me.
THE $505
On 3 Sept Nick said: "I will return your deposit don't worry about that" (14:29). SCORAS then required full identity verification through a new provider. I completed KYC on 7 Sept (approved 11:08). Payment arrived only after 11 Sept, following several unanswered emails. I never accepted that the rest of my balance was rightly voided.
MY OPINION
On 31 Aug and 1 Sept I lost two deposits. Nick replied: "I will give you a very special deal so you'll be making 25% loss back" (1 Sept, 22:40). The next day he offered the bonus. Nobody had a problem with me while I was losing. On 5 Sept Nick wrote: "first time it happened to me with blackjack". SCORAS's own public statement says there was "no reason for us to have any issue with this player until the promotional funds became an issue".
In my opinion the bonus was offered in the expectation that I would lose it. I won honestly on Evolution tables, where every round is dealt and logged by the game provider, and met every condition. I believe SCORAS is not an honest operator. I'm posting quotes and timestamps so other players can judge before depositing.
WHAT I ASK
That the casino gives the mediator the specific rule and rounds it relies on, and releases the ~$1,900 if it cannot substantiate the decision. Evolution logs every round independently, so this can be checked against my saved session and round IDs.
EVIDENCE: Telegram export with Nick (6 Aug-10 Sept); emails with compliance@scoras.io (5-10 Sept); KYCAID approval; session and round screenshots;
Hello and welcome. I only wish it could be under different circumstances. If I'm not mistaken, you are the player whose amount was reduced, and it's great to see the complaint submitted. My colleagues will take care of it. If you would like to share anything else from your side here on the forum, please do not hesitate to do so.
I misunderstood your role in my previous reply, sorry about that. I now understand that this concerns a player you referred.
You’re welcome to share the situation here on the forum. However, the affected player must submit and handle the formal complaint himself. We cannot conduct the complaint process through an affiliate or someone acting on his behalf. Also an addition, I remember that affiliate things we often can't solve as it is not in our scope of working. But you referral will see.
Anyway, you mentioned that he has already submitted a complaint, so he should continue communicating with our complaints team directly. They will assess his submission and ask him for any further information they need.
The casino’s reference to a "prohibited betting pattern" alone doesn’t establish whether confiscating the winnings was justified. That needs to be assessed against the relevant rules and betting records through the player’s own complaint.
I’m going to file a police report in Dubai against this man, Nick. I have his photos and personal information. He’s most likely aware that gambling is illegal in the UAE. This man systematically defrauds people; not only that, but he hires people and treats them like disposable slaves, not paying them a single penny after a month of work. I want to warn all players on other scam sites that operate under the same license as scoras.io: betx1000.com, gamino1.com, euro88tr.com, betomi.com, ekolbet.com, casinow.com, vivobet1500.com – do not play on these sites. They will 100% steal your money. And Nick will soon face legal consequences for his actions.

I understand that you feel very strongly about what happened, but I would ask you to be careful with some of the claims being made here.
Please do not post personal information, private photos, or other identifying details about individuals on the forum.
Also, while you are free to share your documented experience and warn other players about what happened, we should avoid presenting unverified allegations about specific people or other casinos as established facts. If you have evidence relating to the affected player's case, the most useful place for it remains the player's existing complaint, where our Complaints Team can assess the casino's actions and the supporting records.
Regarding any police report you decide to make, that is of course your own decision, but the forum itself cannot verify or investigate criminal allegations.
For the discussion here, I would keep the focus on the documented Scoras case: the withheld $1,900, the reason given by the casino, and the evidence connected directly to that dispute.
