Yeah.. I hate when people are treated badly.. If i find the time or something happens, i will update.. But in 2023 it should be WAY harder to scam people than this..

Allow me to say that this is exactly how it works. Each day tons of casinos are opened, and many starts as unlicensed, which is bad enough, but for the worse, many ends like this example.
This is the reason why every country tries to regulate gambling, but it's only possible to apply such requirements and limitations locally. Meaning, we all should only play in properly - locally - licensed casinos. Once in trouble, you turn to your governing bodies.
No one can truly regulate online offshore companies licensed by sub-license provided in Curacao. As you can see, the only thing such authority did was they took the sublicense down. For them, the problem is solved.

It’s insane though that Curacao can just comfortably do this. Like why does the rest of the world accepts their licenses with no questions asked while knowing how unreliable they are? What’s the point of spending resources on regulation locally, if people can still access Curacao licensed sites?

It's business, a machine to gain income. The demand affects the supply. 🙁 There is no tool that can prevent you from accessing such a casino - based on the license, because usually, the casino must set the block first.

UPDATE : i logged in to scatterhall just to check if something had happened and it sure had happened something 🙈😩 My balance of 6.700euros was set to 0euros.. i talked to livechat and my god.. This is a new scammy way to prolong and maling excuses 😅😅 Apparently theres a new casino legislation and they have to check every account if they can play from their country.. So Even before they Even know anything they just cancelled players balances without knowing.. Im uploading the transcript from chat..

Mitt saldo på 6000 euro är också borta. De sa till mig samma sak. Myndigheterna på Cypern har gett order om att kontrollera landets regelverk från och med idag. Och de vet inte exakt vad som händer härnäst. Pengarna kan vara borta om tyska spelare inte accepteras. Chatten vet ingenting igen. Och mina återstående utbetalningar är fortfarande öppna 2 gånger 500 euro styck....
Vad säger du till den där kära radkan???

Well if the country is not allowed, they should refund all the losses from players where the country isn't allowed but I have a feeling they will keep the money for them. I'm glad I didn't play on this casino after seeing bad reputation here.
