Hallå. Jag betalade till run4win med ett kreditkort! När jag ville dra tillbaka detta alternativ var inte längre tillgängligt! Jag kontaktade support via chatt och de sa att jag bara kan ta ut till mitt bankkonto. Det tycker jag är oärligt!

Jag gjorde en insättning med Jeton, men jag kan inte verifiera betalningsmetoden. Jag har laddat upp alla dokument men de avvisas. Casinot vill ha en skärmdump där kontonamn, kontonummer och transaktion kan ses. Men det går inte att få allt på en skärmdump. Nu kan jag inte göra ett uttag trots att mina skärmdumpar tydligt visar mina uppgifter och transaktioner med datum, tid och transaktionsnummer.

Själv har jag bara en smartphone och surfplatta och kunde därför inte skapa en passande skärmdump. Det var definitivt den svåraste verifieringen jag någonsin haft. Men allt är bra som slutar bra.

Hi, my review for this casino was approved and then rejected a few days later. This was the reason stated:  

Due to evidence showing that a high volume of user reviews recently submitted on this casino wasn't genuine, we're forced to reject your review retroactively to keep the user rating unbiased.

I'm wondering whether this was a mistake? Because my review was geniune. I had just won $520 AUD from a 100% match bonus they offered me via email and the verification and withdrawal process was so easy, which is why I decided to leave a positive review for them.

Many casinos try to enhance their ratings here by breaching our policies and creating fake accounts to get a chance to submit more than one good review per account, for instance. In the case of this casino, we were forced to reject or retroactively reject many user reviews to avoid an unfair rating.

I just read your review, and I have no doubt that the sweep we had to do to reject biased reviews in full captured you. I'm sorry; sometimes it just happens when we deal with a great number of very suspicious reviews. We always say a real player will most likely notice the rejection and will reach out to us, as you did.

Thus, there is a chance to undo possible mistakes. 🙏

Hi Jaro, the verification was about 30 Minutes and payments usually do not take more than 1 hour. I only use mifinity as a payment method. That's the most easiest and fastest way for me to receive the winnings 🙂
