I opted into ruby fortunes welcome bonus for 5 bucks and won $1800. I think it was more like $2300. Because ruby fortune and their sisteren casinos do a bullshit money grab and take up too two weeks to get a earned payout, which makes people withdraw from their withdrawl. I went from $2300 to $1800. They didnt want to pay this money out ,(why it took so long. Because I paid with a prepaid visa). I literally had to dig in garbage for receipt, ( I have pictures). Just to verify payment? CAN CASINO BLACKLIST YOU FROM GETTING GOOD PAYOUTS?

I would firstly like to ask you if there is any maximum cash out from this bonus, though, when you say that the casino didn't want to pay you this amount.
Usually there has been some limit on the withdrawals when it comes to bonuses, actually.
Also, it is absolutely normal that the online casinos need to verify the payment because they need to stick to the AML policy.
What do you mean exactly by blacklist you from payouts, please? I really don't understand this question, to tell you the truth.
