Om du vill diskutera något relaterat till Royal Sea Casino – det kan vara spel, bonusar, betalningsmetoder, problem med ditt konto, ansvarsfullt spelande eller något annat – kan du göra det här.
RoyalSea has not credited my confirmed deposit of 1,270 USDT.
I sent the funds through the TRC20 network to the exact wallet address displayed in my RoyalSea account:
THM5D2ZZUHLopebYDHPeCmhKSGjqHvP3Qm
The public blockchain shows that this address received exactly 1,270 USDT and that the full amount was subsequently transferred out.
RoyalSea first told me to request a reversal from the sending exchange, even though a confirmed blockchain transaction cannot simply be cancelled. They then claimed that I had used the wrong wallet address. I provided a screen recording proving that this exact address was displayed inside my RoyalSea account.
After I disproved that claim, they changed their explanation again and said that their payment providers could not identify the payment and that it was not recorded in their technical system.
Their internal failure to automatically link the deposit is not the player’s responsibility. The funds reached the address provided by RoyalSea and were subsequently moved.
I am requesting either the manual credit of my 1,270 USDT or a full refund. Until this is resolved, I strongly advise players to be extremely careful when depositing cryptocurrency at RoyalSea.
Hello, welcome to the forum. I read your request and although it is not where I can intervene, hopefully the free complaint feature would be of any use. It is my opinion the system log should show if the address was ok or not but that remains for the complaint.
From what I've seen recently, similar crypto deposit cases seem to be happening a bit more often across different casinos.
In many cases, the blockchain transaction itself is successful, but the problem happens later. The thing is that many casinos now use third-party payment providers to process crypto deposits. If the payment is not correctly matched to the player's account, or if there is some technical issue between the payment provider and the casino, the casino may not see the deposit even though the funds reached the correct wallet. That's just what I witnessed.
Of course, every case is different, so we'll need to review the available evidence carefully. If the player can prove that the wallet address was generated by the casino for their account and the blockchain confirms the transfer, it will be important to ask the casino and its payment provider to investigate where the matching process failed.
Thank you for your response.
I understand that the issue may have occurred on the side of a third-party payment provider. However, this does not change the responsibility of RoyalSea toward the player.
1. I sent 1,270 USDT to the exact wallet address displayed in the deposit section of my RoyalSea account. I have a screen recording proving that this address was provided to me by the casino.
2. The blockchain confirms that the transaction was successful and that the wallet received exactly 1,270 USDT. The blockchain also shows that the funds were subsequently transferred out of that wallet.
3. I used the correct wallet address, the correct cryptocurrency and the correct TRC20 network. Therefore, there was no mistake on my side.
4. If the deposit was not correctly linked to my account because of an error made by RoyalSea’s payment provider, this is an internal issue between RoyalSea and its provider. The player should not bear the financial loss caused by a provider selected and used by the casino.
5. RoyalSea should manually credit the 1,270 USDT to my account or return the full amount to the original sending address, and then resolve the technical and financial issue directly with its payment provider.
The fact that the payment did not appear in RoyalSea’s internal system does not mean that the payment was not received. The public blockchain proves that the funds reached the wallet address provided by RoyalSea and were later moved from that address.
I have already submitted a formal complaint and can provide the blockchain evidence, transaction hash, screenshots, screen recording and the complete correspondence with RoyalSea support.
Yes, I understand your perspective, which is why I keep saying that my colleagues will address all of these points in the complaint.
While I can't promise you a particular outcome, the complaint is exactly where these matters are reviewed based on the available facts and evidence provided by both sides.
Let's stay in touch to see where the complaint leads, please.
That is the main problem: your colleagues ignored my attempts to resolve the issue directly.
I did not receive a SINGLE RESPONSE to my emails. In the online chat, they refused to properly review the evidence and essentially stated that the payment provider’s failure was not their problem. That is precisely why I had no choice but to file complaints here and on all relevant complaint platforms.
In this case, there’s practically nothing to argue about:
1. The wallet address was listed in my RoyalSea account.
2. I sent 1,270 USDT to that exact address via the correct network.
3. The blockchain confirms that the funds were received at this address.
4. The blockchain also confirms that the funds were subsequently transferred from that address.
5. I did not make any mistakes on my part.
I have a screen recording and screenshots confirming all of the above facts. Therefore, I do not understand why such an obvious and easily verifiable situation was not resolved immediately and ultimately led to public complaints.
I understand that you do not make the final decision. However, I ask that you bring these facts to the attention of your colleagues and convey to them that there are no reasonable grounds for further delay.
Continuing the public discussion across multiple platforms due to an obvious mistake on the casino’s part is not in the best interests of either party.
In my opinion, this is a misunderstanding. We are not related to Royal Sea Casino. I'm not an heir support worker and my colleagues from the Casino Guru Complaint Team are about to review your complaint request. It has all just started on our end. Are we now aligned, please?
