it seems you're struggling to complete the account verification process because you can't provide the utility bill, and some pan card (not sure what it is) right?
sadly it's normal that the casino needs to verify your address and your payment method so they can be sure it's really you who gets the winnings. Did the casino suggest any other possible documents, maybe?
