I have been emailing the addresses below daily for over 2 weeks and they are rudely and ignorantly ignoring me despite making an agreement in writing:
Gabriel Monsero - apparently the man in charge of KYC etc who was originally messaging me - Casinoguru when you get further complaints about this casino it appears this is the man you need to make contact with.

Thanks for the tip, but there are casinos that just don't want to deal with us and even if we have 100 contacts they won't respond and unfortunately we can't enforce them.
But we can warn the players as we have it on our website and of course with the help of others and their experience everyone has the opportunity to choose where to play.
I think it probably won't be here for many players, so thanks for the information.
