I don't see any older complaints submitted against the casino so far. Have you tried contacting them from another email address and have your checked your spam file? Unfortunately there's no option to talk to them on a live chat or call them. The only way of contacting them is the email address support@rocketbingo.co.uk
I know it's too late for now, but I'd never play in a casino where the only way of contacting them is an email address. It's just not enough 🙁
I don't understand your safety index on jumpman gaming sites https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/jumpmangaming.com . They are crooks. I've opened a couple of accounts last year and never received my withdrawals, they kept on asking for further docs while I sent everything. Not responsive, I remember I received a reply 1 week after I asked my question

They have ONLY bad reviews. I've tried to take screenshots but it's impossible to retrieve the whole transactions history since we can only go up to 3 months back. I assure I had money and they took off with it.
Impossible to contact them. No live tchat. Reply a week later with a pre-written answer after what they never reply to a 2nd message.
I can't believe how those crooks are still operating after years of fraud and complaints filed againt them.
