On your review of this casino you have mentioned that they dont accept players from California. I am from California and i joined Rocknrolla casino about a month ago. I also thought they were not accepting U.S. players because the first time i tried their games i was given an error, "game not allowed in your jurisdiction." But it turns out only some of their games i could not play from the USA. The playable games however are more than enough for me. They have hundreds of games from providers like betsoft, mascot games, pragmatic, endorphina and 11 others. Only games from 2 or 3 of these companies are not playable in USA.

And also, they do have Live chat support.

My experience with the casino has been good so far, although i dont play everyday. Since i've joined them I have deposited and lost maybe 3 or 4 times (Not because their games are too tight. My money goes up but then i play til it goes down, you know how it is 🙂). BUT i made my very first withdrawal with them today. The only problem is that its a saturday and they process withdrawals only on business days. Their withdrawals, they say, are processed and paid within 12 hours. I guess we shall see on monday if thats true. And there is a sort of VIP thing called "express cashout" where members get paid instantly, but you have to apply for it.

I will be back to report what happens come monday. Hopefully its good. If it is , i would have to say that they are one of the best choices among online casinos that i have joined.

P.S. You guys helped me a while back with a casino who was not paying me. Bad reviews online, together with constant contacting them somehow got them to pay. It did take them many months but at least i got paid in the end. I just want to say thank you.

My apologies but you were right (No Californians). When it was time for them to pay me my winnings they said that i was living in the wrong jurisdiction. They did not ask for my info (address, date of birth, etc.) when i signed up, only when i sent my documents to process my withdrawal. They should really ask for it during signup 🙂. But they are a new casino who's only been around for a few months so its understandable. My withdrawal was cancelled but they returned all my deposits back to me, which i did not expect. That simple act of fairness right there, in my opinion, makes them a great casino. Its a real shame that i cannot play there.

Wow! It's unfortunate that you didn't get your winnings, anyway the fact they returned your deposit shows at least that the management goes the right direction 🙂
